The real-time research wall
Using our project board to build your research wall. This is the digital space where you put up post-its, personas, images, outcomes of surveys, results, analysis, in fact, anything related to our project that helps us make sense of the subject of our research. In service design, we use walls in a similar way to detectives trying to solve a crime.

Define your buyer persona
A buyer or user persona is a tool commonly used to represent a target audience for your product or service. Creating a persona is like creating a file with everything you know about that target audience so you can develop content marketing, develop your product or design, etc. The more time you spend defining your persona the more likely to develop good marketing, product, business, and sales strategies. Keep your persona updated in Nova for everybody to see and edit.
Brainstorming & evaluation wall
Share and evaluate your ideas. You can also use brainstorming card decks to spark new ideas. Any of our card decks can be used inside a whiteboard.
