Nova Partner Program — Elevating How Teams Work

Nova Partner Program

Your methodology, running long after you leave the room.

You already fix how teams work. Nova is the engine that keeps your processes running inside the client — so your recommendations hold, and your revenue doesn't stop when the engagement does.

See what a year looks like

Your clients are not short on strategy

They set the goals. They hired good people. The goals still slip, and at the end of every quarter nobody can point at the thing that broke. Three things break it, and none of them are a discipline problem. They are all structural, which is why another offsite, another tool and another senior hire have not fixed them.

The goal belongs to the company. The work belongs to one department.

A revenue target or a launch date gets set at company level and then handed to a single team to own, even though hitting it runs through four other teams who never agreed to the same priority. So the department holding the number spends its quarter chasing people who do not report to it, while every one of those people is being measured on something else entirely.

What follows is predictable. Priorities collide and the loudest voice wins. Decisions wait for a meeting that has not been scheduled. Work sits in a queue because nobody agreed who approves it, and by the time anyone notices, the quarter is gone and the explanation is that execution was poor.

With Nova

The objective lives where the work actually happens, not on the slide where it was announced. Nova routes every decision, input and handoff to the person who owns it, at the moment it is needed, so a goal that crosses five departments has a named owner at each step instead of one team holding a number it cannot reach alone.

Everyone got a chatbot. The company got nothing.

Your clients bought AI seats for the whole team, and individuals genuinely did get faster at writing, summarizing and researching. The company did not get faster at anything, because that work happens in private tabs where it is invisible to everyone else, owned by nobody, and impossible to tell apart from work a person actually did.

That is the gap between an AI line item and an AI result, and it is the reason most of these investments cannot be defended twelve months later.

With Nova

AI holds a role on the team. It owns specific steps in a process, does the work when its turn comes and hands it on, and everything it produces is labeled and visible the way any teammate's work is. Execution speeds up at company level, and the line between what AI did and what a person decided stays clear enough to stand behind.

How the company runs lives in three people's heads.

Ask how something gets done and the answer is a name. When that person is on vacation, moves team or leaves, the knowledge goes with them, and every new hire spends their first months asking colleagues how things work here before they are trusted to move on their own.

A company built this way cannot scale, because every additional person adds dependence rather than capacity. Growth stays capped by the availability of the same handful of people.

With Nova

The way the company works is written into processes the team runs day to day, not documents nobody opens. New people follow the real thing from their first week, teams move without checking in first, and the business can add headcount without adding dependence.

Three symptoms, one cause: nobody ever built the layer between the plan and the people doing the work. That layer is what your clients have been paying you to fix — and until now you have had to fix it with slides. Which is why your own work never compounded either: every result depended on you being in the room, so what you could scale, and what you could charge for it, had a ceiling.

The budget is already allocated

Your clients have stopped paying top dollar for static playbooks, process maps and prompt lists. They are paying to have AI work across their departments, and they need someone with a proven methodology to install it. That money is being spent this year, and it goes to whoever can implement rather than whoever can advise.

94%

of companies are failing to turn individual AI use into enterprise-wide value.

40%

of enterprise applications will carry task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from under 5% in 2025. Gartner

$37B

lost every year in the US alone to misalignment and miscommunication between teams.

Two ways to run your practice

Your diagnosis is the hard part and you already have it. The only question is whether you hand it over as a recommendation or install it as a working system.

Stay advisory-only

  • You are compared to lower-cost freelancers on an hourly rate.
  • Your recommendations fade roughly 30 days after you leave.
  • Revenue stops the day the engagement stops.
  • The client's AI budget goes to whoever can implement.

Partner with Nova

  • You sell a named framework backed by a working engine.
  • Your processes stay installed and keep running without you.
  • Per-deal bounties and process sales on top of your fees.
  • You become the implementer the AI budget was set aside for.

Same expertise. Different economics.

Three ways to partner

Partners come at this from different directions. Some own a vertical and know exactly how a firm in it should run. Some fix operations for a living. Some have a named methodology, a book or a playbook they already sell. And some simply own a market and want something worth introducing to it. All of them are selling the same fix — Nova is what makes it survive the handover.

Operations & process consultants

You already diagnose why teams stall and design the fix. Nova is where that fix gets installed and keeps running — the part clients tell you never survives your departure.

$1,000 per qualifying deal $150 per converting team 100% of your fees and processes

Industry domain experts

You know how a practice in your field should run because you run one. Package that as processes your peers can buy, follow and keep, and become the person who set the standard.

100% of process sales $150 per converting team 100% of your own fees

B2B industry connectors

You have the relationships and the trust, and no interest in delivering software. Make the introduction and stay out of the build — Nova and a certified partner handle the rest.

$150 per closed introduction $1,000 per qualifying deal

You are not adding a product line. You are adding the thing that makes the one you already sell hold up after the invoice is paid.

Questions partners ask first

Do I need to be technical?

It depends which part you are doing. If you are implementing the processes and training the client's team, then you do need to be comfortable with software, know your way around Nova, and be able to think about a process the way Nova structures one. Our training program covers that and is deliberately compact — most people get through it in a few hours.

Being straight with you about the fit: if you already work happily in tools like Asana, Miro or Typeform, this will feel familiar quickly. If those are not the tools you live in, expect to spend real practice time in the platform before you put it in front of a client. And if you would rather not touch delivery at all, that is what the connector track is for — you make the introduction, and Nova and a certified partner run the implementation.

Am I becoming a software reseller?

Most of our partners are not resellers. They are operations experts and consultants, people setting the standard for how work gets done in their industry, and authors who have built a methodology or a tool and want a plug-and-play version of it that a company can actually run. We do have resellers as well, and that is a perfectly good way in — it is just not the usual one.

Either way, you keep selling your own thing at your own rates. Nova is the engine that makes it stick, and it takes nothing from your service revenue.

Can I set my own price for a process package?

Yes. You price your processes and your consulting however you like, and you keep all of it. Partners sell processes anywhere from $100 to $25,000 and up, depending on how much of their method sits inside. If you are an operations expert, or you have your own method or process, what you are selling is your package at your price — not ours.

The only fixed numbers are the two bounties Nova pays you: $1,000 per qualifying implementation deal where our team runs the implementation and training, and $150 per converting team of more than 20 seats.

What if my client is a franchise or a large group?

We work that out together on the call, because it comes down to scope. A single franchise office or one business unit adopting Nova is one kind of deal. A group rolling it out across every office is another — different terms, different sequencing, and a different conversation about who runs the implementation. Bring us the situation and we will size it with you.

What happens if a client does not renew?

Your money is not exposed to it. Bounties are paid on verified client payment, 45 days after, and process sales are yours outright, so neither depends on what the client decides twelve months later.

Renewals are still worth protecting, and the partners who keep clients tend to do the same thing: they stay close through the first 60 days and follow up often enough to catch the places where a process needs adjusting before anyone gets frustrated with it. That habit is also where most of their recurring revenue comes from. A process built in January will not fit the company in December — teams reorganize, people leave, priorities move — so partners sell process optimization and improvement as an ongoing service, reviewing what actually happened over the year and reshaping the processes around it.

Keep every client you have. Change what a year with them is actually worth.

A short qualification call is all it takes to pick your track and start building your first workspace.
