You will receive an email or a message with a Nova Link – that link will automatically open the session for you.

That is pretty much it! You are in!

Error message:

Maybe you got a link and you see and error! There are a few things you might have to do:

• Sign-in to your Nova Account: ensure your email account is verified. Nova will not give you access to the guest session if your email has not been verified.
• If you haven’t already, create an account: Go through the steps to create your account and verify your email. It takes less than 30 seconds!
• If that doesn’t do the trick – try refreshing Nova.
• Contact your session lead or the person who sent you the link. It’s possible they don’t have enough spots enabled and they need to add more credits or team seats to give you access.

How can I access the session?

From the main menu, you can access any sessions you’ve been invited to contribute to as ‘Guest’, on the guest contributions tab.

If you’re participating as a team member you’ll be able to find your session on the projects tab.
