The Session Lead will normally be the “project lead” or facilitator and this person will be responsible for:

• Inviting team members to participate in the project.
• Starting and planning each session in the project.
• Facilitating the session.
• Encouraging collaboration, authenticity and motivation, keeping the environment friendly and inviting during each session.
• Marking steps and session completion during the process and notifying the team when changes need to be made or new updates are added.
• Following a fair process.
• Leading without blocking ideas and listening to promote ideas.
• Having the emotional intelligence to support and provide resources to the team when needed.
• Pushing boundaries and looking for excellence.
• Helping team members grow by celebrating personal and professional milestones, encouraging and utilizing each team member’s uniqueness.
• Binding the team, which in turn will fortify the culture of the company.
