Sessions provide very important information about the project and the decision-making process, providing the opportunity of all team members to be involved and to be up-to-date on the project.

We believe every team member has specific skills and the knowledge to potentially change the course of each project in search of cutting-edge solutions.

So, here is how team members can participate:

Ideally, team members participate in each step of the session – so you can capture everyones perspective! The area to add their answers will be open to start.

Their answers can be edited or removed anytime while the step is active. This gives team members the opportunity to improve and/or change their answers, if necessary, to the betterment of the team.

Key points about participating in the session:

• Add your participation/answer as soon as the step opens.
• If you want to edit your information, you are able to do that while the step is open.
• Use this space as an opportunity to add value and improve the thought process.
• Be authentic and creative.
• Contact your ‘Session Lead’ if you have any questions.
• Chat with your team members using other chat platforms. (Integrated platforms)
• Use other resources to explore ideas, for example, the sticky note board.
